The Order Process

Browse products.

Enter your Quantity and Add to Cart.
(should a product be out of stock the Add to Cart button will not be available)

You will then be taken to your Shopping Cart page where you can update Quantities, move to a Wishlist for later purchase or Remove products.

You can then simply click the Proceed to Checkout button or, if you have multiple items you can choose to deliver them to different addresses by Clicking 'Checkout with Multiple Addresses' (see below).

Checkout Process

Log in or create an account with Michelsberg Accessories. Alternatively tick Guest Checkout.

Then simply follow the five steps to order your product:

1. Billing Information
This is your credit card and invoice address.
Here you can Select a billing address from your address book or enter a new address.

2.  Shipping Information
Select a shipping address from your address book or enter a new address.

3.  Shipping Method
Here you choose a delivery option and can also add a Gift message which will be sent with your product.

4.  Payment Information
Here you will need to enter your credit card information.

Please ensure your details are correct (you will receive a Declined error message when you Place Order if there are any invalid details)

5. Order review
Review your order details.

Tick the checkbox to accept our Terms & Conditions

Finally click the Place Order button 
Your card details will then be verified - if verification fails an error message will drop down and you can click 4.  Payment Information to review/change your card details.

If your card is successfully verified you will be taken to a Order success Page and can continue shopping

Checkout with Multiple Addresses

Multiple Address Delivery requires you to create an account with Michelsberg Accessories as we will need to keep track of the sender in case of problems.

Once you have created an Account you can return to your Shopping cart and proceed by clicking Checkout with Multiple Addresses.
Each product has a drop down menu to choose the delivery address or you can Enter a New Address with the top right button. When you have chosen/added your address click the Update Qty & Addresses button and then Continue to Shipping Information.

All our products ship Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery.

Tick the checkbox if you want to add gift messages to your items. (the box will open for you to add your message)

Continue to Billing Information
Here you will need to enter your credit card information
Please ensure your details are correct (you will receive a Declined error message when you Place Order if there are any invalid details)

Click Continue to Review Your Order

Check your order details
Tick the checkbox to accept our Terms & Conditions.

Finally click the Place Order button 
your card details will then be verified - if verification fails an error message will appear and you will be taken back to your Billing Information to review your card details.

Email Notification

You will receive an email detailing your Order from Michelsberg Accessories. Please check the details are correct and contact us at sales@michelsberg.co.uk or Tel: 0870 3850073 if there are any changes.

Delivery & Payment

Your items will be dispatched and payment will then be taken from your Credit card.

Returns

A return form will be included with your delivery should you be unsatisfied with your goods. See our Returns Policy for further details.
