Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel an order and return an item to us, then we follow the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations.
We offer a refund (provided within 30 days after the day you received the goods) or exchange (if stock available) on any goods (faulty or otherwise), provided you inform us in writing (via an email to sales@michelsberg.co.uk) that you are cancelling your order, seven working days after the day on which you received the goods.
You must then return the goods to us (address details below) at your own cost. This cost will then be reimbursed if the items are faulty, or do not comply with your order.
If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.
We will only refund the original credit card charged during the ordering process.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Return Goods
1) Please complete the brief returns form which will be sent out to you with your order (on the reverse of the receipt / invoice) and enclose in your delivery. If you no longer have your form, you can download one by clicking here. Alternatively send your unwanted items to the address below along with your name, full address and order number with a note giving reasons for return.
2) Wrap your item(s) whenever possible in their original packaging with labels intact - safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to Michelsberg Tailoring.
3) It is advisable that you obtain a proof of postage for your own records and have adequate insurance cover should the parcel be lost. Michelsberg Tailoring can’t be held responsible for lost parcels.
