Delivery

All orders are subject to a £5.70 delivery charge which is added to your order at the order processing stage.

We will endeavour to dispatch all items ordered before 12pm on the same working day*

All of our products are shipped in the UK using either Royal Mail’s Special delivery ™ Next Day Service (which guarantees delivery to 99% of the UK by 1pm the next working day*), or, for larger items, we use Parcelforce 24 which guarantees next day delivery before 5.30pm.

In both cases the goods will need to be signed for when they arrive.

You will be emailed a tracking number after the order has been dispatched with instructions on how to track and trace your shipment through to its destination.

*Working days are Monday to Friday, not including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank or Public holidays.

Packaging

All our ties, scarves and braces are tissue wrapped and packaged in Michelsberg branded presentation boxes (see below). When requested, we can include a handwritten note if you are sending the item as a gift. Multiple orders of smaller items (specifically hanky’s & socks) are also packaged as above. Orders of umbrellas and single items of socks and hankies are tissue wrapped and packaged in an unbranded rigid box.
